Yemeni forces continue to target Saudi airports with devastation

On Saturday, the air force of the army and the popular committees carried out two attacks that targeted Abha International Airport in Asir. Brigadier-General Yahya Serai said that the first operation targeted the airport’s gas station and hit its target with high accuracy, while the second operation targeted the control tower at the airport, which was was accurate.

He pointed out that the operations caused the disruption of air navigation at the airport.

A spokesman for the armed forces confirmed this targeting comes in response to the crimes of aggression and continuous siege and continuous raids, which during the past 48 hours accounted for 26 air strikes.

In addition, aerial monitoring centers have shown the diversion of the Taif-Abha flight to Jeddah International Airport.

On Thursday night, the Air Force carried out two large operations towards Abha International Airport with a number of 2k bombers.

Brigadier Seriei said that the first operation targeted the control tower at the airport, while the other operation targeted sensitive sites inside the airport and the injury was accurate and direct. He renewed the call for civilians and companies to stay away from airports and military sites as they have become legitimate targets.

During the past three months, the Air Force carried out 60 operations at a rate of two operations every 72 hours targeting enemy headquarters, bases and installations, including 16 operations at Abha airport, 14 operations on Jizan airport, 11 operations on Najran airport and 9 operations on Khamis Mushayt base.
